One Lend Lease
lahznimmo architects were one of three firms selected through a nation wide search and interview process to participate in a short-listed paid ideas competition for the interior fit out for the new Lend Lease Headquarters Building in the Rocks.
The new Headquarters Building posed a special opportunity and challenge for the client to redefine their image and set a benchmark in office design and innovation as well as to physically bring the organisation under one roof and realise the “One Lend Lease” concept. The challenge as a designer was to respond to this idea of “One Lend Lease”, as well as to develop strategies to counter the large 2000m2 plus floor plates.
