lahznimmo architects have had considerable experience with Resitech (formally the Department of Housing) and have been involved in eight different multi-unit developments varying considerably in scale, density and site configuration. The range of Resitech projects LNA have been involved with includes single storey suburban developments, containing only three units to 3 storey developments in inner city areas such as Redfern. For these projects LNA have prepared Design and Construct Documentation as well as Full Tender Documentation.
